Olavi is one of the experts in brewing and product development. Olavi is both a chef, brewer and cider maker. His passion is to find new flavors and create beers from them. Olavi is also the founder of Kallio Artisan Brewery.

Juhani is a master of brewing technology and an avid homebrewer, as well as the man behind the beers at Kosoola Brewery. In addition to the beer brewing process, Juhani is well versed in the tools needed to work with the brewery's facilities and equipment.

Lennart is the “door opener” for the brewery’s own label beers and, at least in his own opinion, one of the strongest sellers of its own beer in Finland. Lennart is also responsible for the brewery’s marketing and social media.
